1. We will collect a survey from you describing the store you prefer to shop at as well as the answers to some questions describing your preferences and lifestyle.  It is important that you are sincere in answering the survey questions. We will select candidates from diverse backgrounds, both new and existing customers, women and men of various age groups and other characteristics.
2. If accepted, you will receive an invitation to be a secret shopper for a particular store.  This invitation must remain secret and you must not share it with any employee at the store at any time before or after the shop. You will receive a call were we will explain the steps and the process needed for the shop.  
3. You will need to schedule a time for the shop within a specific time period (usually a window of several weeks).
4. When your shop is complete you will fill out the form given in your invitation and forward it to us according to our instructions.
5. We may send you Secret Shopper invitations for other visits and services in the future.
